AI systems that remove the work

Somewhere in your operation a process is being held together by hand. We find what that costs you over a year, build the system that takes it over, and stay on it after handover.

What we do

01

Audit

Two to three weeks, fixed fee

We sit with the people doing the work and follow where the hours and the margin actually go. Nothing is bought or built until that is written down.

What this includes
02

Build

Typically four to ten weeks, fixed scope

We design and build the AI systems and internal tools that take the work off your team, shaped around the way your people already do the job.

What this includes
03

Operate

Monthly retainer, cancel with 30 days

AI systems drift. Models get deprecated, prices move, volumes grow, and integrations break with little warning. Someone has to be watching for that.

The systems that take repeat work off a team.

Every business has a handful of processes that run on people copying, checking, and re-keying. These are the ones worth taking first.

Document intake and extraction

Invoices, purchase orders, forms, and contracts read on arrival, checked against your records, and pushed into the system that already holds them.

Quoting and estimating

Quotes drafted from your own pricing rules and past jobs, so an estimate lands the same whoever on the team builds it.

Reconciliation and exception handling

Orders, shipments, and payments matched automatically, so a person only ever sees the ones that genuinely do not line up.

Support and inquiry triage

Inbound email and forms classified, routed, and drafted against your own history, under escalation rules you set.

Internal search over company knowledge

One place to ask a question and get an answer drawn from your own documents, with the source attached so it can be checked.

Reporting that builds itself

The weekly and monthly numbers assembled from the systems that already hold them, ready before anyone has to ask.

What the first three months look like.

  1. 01

    Audit

    Weeks 1-3

We find where the hours go, and what it would cost to fix.

  2. 02

    Build

    Weeks 4-12

Working software in your hands every two weeks.

  3. 03

    Handover

    Final week

Every account moves into your name and we train whoever runs it.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Ongoing, optional

We keep it running, or you take it in-house.

See what each stage includes

What you can hold us to.

Six commitments we put in writing at the start of every engagement, and which you can hold against us at the end of it.

  1. 01

    You work with the engineers

No account manager relaying your problem to someone you never meet. The people on the discovery call are the people who write the code.

  2. 02

    You own everything

Code, cloud accounts, model provider accounts, and domains are registered in your name from day one and handed over in full. Nothing we build holds you to us.

  3. 03

    Priced before it starts

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed number against a written scope. You know the cost before we begin, and it does not move because the work took us longer than we thought.

  4. 04

We will tell you not to build it

When the numbers say a project will not return what it costs, you hear that during scoping, while walking away is still free.

  5. 05

    Working software early

You have a real release in your hands inside the first few weeks. Direction is cheap to change while a build is young and expensive once it is finished.

  6. 06

We use what you already run

Systems are built on the tools your business already pays for. A new vendor enters the picture only when there is no reasonable way around it.

Tell us what is slowing you down.

Send a short description of the problem. You will hear back within one business day with what it would take to fix and what we think it is worth.
